On September 1, Rijk Zwaan will start construction work at its R&D location in Aramon. Last week, the building companies involved signed the official contract.

Rijk Zwaan will build a new cell biology lab and renew and expand the current pathology lab. The project also includes the construction of new offices and a new dressing/ disinfection room, so the breeding company can continue meeting the necessary hygiene requirements. It is expected that the project will be finished in the spring of 2013.

The extra facilities in the Aramon breeding center will not only enable the future growth of Rijk Zwaan, but will also contribute to optimal working conditions for its employees.
