Absolon RZ is een rood Salanova®-ras van het botersla-type voor jaarround hydroteelt. Het ras is sterk op rand en tegen elongatie en kan zowel in hele kroppen als bij hogere plantdichtheid worden geteeld. Absolon heeft de Knox™ eigenschap, waardoor verkleuring na snijden wordt vertraagd. De bladeren zijn donker en glanzend, en het ras is geschikt voor gestage productie in indoor systemen.
