Sterke stronk voor machinale oogst
Missourima is een groeikrachtig ras dat in een relatief korte groeitijd een zeer hoge opbrengst geeft. De korte pit is een voordeel voor de industriële verwerking. Doordat het ras sterk op zijn stronk staat, is hij zeer geschikt voor machinale oogst. De ronde kool heeft inwendig een compacte bladstructuur en kan korte tijd bewaard worden.
