Basalmine RZ is een rood bladslaras met een semi-opgerichte groei en een gezonde basis, waardoor het gemakkelijk te verpakken is, ook in dozen. Het ras levert hoge opbrengsten en is sterk op rand, tegen doorschieten en Bremia. Basalmine is een Corentine-type met verbeterde Bremia-resistentie en is aanbevolen voor indoor grondteelt van herfst tot voorjaar in Noordwest- en Zuid-Europa.
