Zachte bladstructuur, ideaal voor koolrolletjes
Madalya is een snelgroeiende, compacte, platte wittekool die sterk is op trips. Het optimale oogstgewicht is 1,5 kg met een hoog nettogewicht aan bruikbare bladeren. De zachte bladstructuur is erg geschikt voor toepassingen in de horeca. Er zijn van één kool wel tot 25 bladeren als heel blad te gebruiken om bijvoorbeeld koolrolletjes of wraps van te maken.
